We are looking for a public relations executive to help us promote the image of our company in the eyes of external parties and the public. You will be required to formulate PR campaigns, strategies and activities to promote us. You will also be required to manage media relations, present to executives and write releases on our behalf. Your contribution will help boost the company s image in the eyes of the public and potential clients or investors.

This field manages the brand image of individuals and organizations by building a reputation through the media. It does this through promotional activities, campaigns, and media relations.

  • Hands-on experience in creating innovative campaigns and strategies to engage with the public and media.

  • Learn on the job regarding the best practices in public relations.
  • Exposure to the field of public relations and its various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Create PR campaigns and strategies.
  • Promote the company s image through online and offline mediums.
  • Write press releases to be published, speeches to be made and other copies.
  • Manage relations with media and promote the company s image and activities in the press.
  • Create, approve and implement promotion plans for the public.
  • Regularly conduct public activations to spread the word of the company.
  • In case of a PR emergency provide innovative and quick solutions.
  • Facilitate and negotiate and dispute with the public or external parties.
  • Regularly survey and study the public opinion to work on the possible flaws in campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with media or public relations.
  • Experience with PR campaigns and media management.
  • Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and writing software (MS Office).
  • A strong presence of mind and analytical skill.
  • Keen attention to detail.
