Job Summary

Coming up with the scalable architecture and designing individual components of the system at a high level for any problems the organization is trying to solve.
Identifying the problem areas in the existing code base and finding ways out to correct them.
Executing the solutions on time to ensure the gaps and technical debts are getting covered.
Hire A-players and nurture the engineering team by mentoring and coaching the young talents of the company.
Reviewing the code changes and architectural changes on a regular basis to provide timely feedback, ensure clarity in the code base, avoid unnecessary complications, and suggest best practices.
Evaluate the advancements in the technology and constantly find out ways to leverage it, to improve the delivery and quality of the product.
Collaborate with the developers, QA, and product team for implementing the right ideas.
Ability to manage disputes and persuade the team with the right approach.
Help the team to identify and execute the features with the right tradeoff without compromising the quality and delivery.
Create unified development strategies across the company.
