Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager Job in Suryoday Micro Finance Limited

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Liase with other business teams for understanding requirements and assessing gap analysis.

2. Drive hypothesis development within team.

3. Prepare presentations and analysis basis the work performed within the team.

4. Perform analysis on key areas basis discussion with BI lead.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MSc Stats (Optional) Certified Data Scientist, Worked in BFSI sector - for 2-3 years; Part of scorecard modelling team and done cross-sell models, etc. Hands on with data cleaning and ETL activity.

1. Good excel (advanced) knowledge.

2. Good presentation preparation skills and has done so for board and senior staff in past.

3. Good understanding of models being used in analytics deployments

4. Strong analytical capabilities to prepare wire frames and be able to map the information and design output expectation.

5. Some level of Python / R coding would help.

6. Concepts of Statistical analysis would help.
