Job Description:
Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as an Voice UX Analyst / Designer. The Sutherland Chatbot Solutions team has a vision for the next generation of customer and employee engagement in conversational, AI-driven chatbots. We are growing the team that will solve customer engagement challenges for large, well-known brands across the Fortune 500 and shape the chatbot category along the way. We are looking for a UX Conversational Copywriter to be the voice of our chatbots. Responsibilities: 5-7 Years Experience Business and CX thinker, familiarity with building lean, but effective user flows and journeys Experience leading conversational AI architecture and design projects Ability to communicate to developers on what to engineer or build Understanding of chat, voice NLP capabilities Best in class design and writing skills Ability to synthesize data and develop ideas to improve existing business flows Experience working in a face-paced, technical business environment Experience working with customers to understand desires and goals Needs to know all contemporary design tools, Figma, Adobe, Sketch, etc. Bachelors degree
