C# Automation Engineer Job in Sutherland Global Services

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a C# Automation Engineerfor one of the core engineering initiatives. The engineers should be fully hands-on and should be proficient in programming languageC#. The role requires the candidate to implement scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

Keep management updated: Should update the management on the status.

Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
Define Sutherlands reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
Strengthen relationships: Should work as a team and able to communicate effectively with customer and team members
Take the lead: Able to debug the production issue quickly and provide the root cause analysis with resolution for the issue.

Our most successful candidates will have:

Should have 4-6 years experience in Software testing/Product testing

Should have strong experience in Selenium with C# (Must to have)

Must have worked in Automation Testing (Must to have)

Should have knowledge or some experience on GitHub, ALM (Good to have)

BDD/TDD - Specflow (Nice to have)
