Lead-qa Automation Engineer Job in Sutherland Global Services

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a QAAutomation Engineerfor one of the core engineering initiatives. The engineers should be fully hands-on and should be proficient in programming language Java. The role requires the candidate to implement scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

Keep management updated: Should update the management on the status.

Impact the bottom line:Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
Define Sutherlands reputation:Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
Strengthen relationships:Should work as a team and able to communicate effectively with customer and team members
Take the lead:Able to debug the production issue quickly and provide the root cause analysis with resolution for the issue.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

Should have 4-6 years experience in Software testing/Product testing

Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java(Must to have)

Must have worked in Automation Testing (Must to have)

Should have knowledge or some experience on GitHub, ALM (Good to have)

BDD/TDD - Specflow (Nice to have)
