Responsibilities:

• Define Strategy: Define architecture strategy, balancing long- and short-term views and balancing conflicting requirements (e.g. security vs. performance) in alignment with software leaders. Delivers an optimal and consolidated architecture / design, leveraging technology and evaluating design alternatives including cost benefit analysis
• Stakeholder Management:Works with stakeholders to develop the architectural runway and spikes in support of new business features and capabilities.Works with teams, customers, suppliers, software leaders and product and solution management to define and design at high-level a solution / platform (incl. solution / platform intent, information models, and documentation requirements) and ensures fitness of purpose by focusing on consumer needs and technological competitiveness
• Take the lead:Allocates responsibilities to system/items/units, understands and supports solution deployment. Owns implementation of non-functional requirements in area of responsibility
• Communication: Establishes and communicates critical high-level functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Lead the Team: Help the team define and implement a solution which is suitable for hosting current and upcoming features within release trains, while conforming to nonfunctional requirements.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• 12+ yrs of working in developing Software products with atleast 3~4yrs in the role of a SW Architect
• Worked across multiple technology stacks .Net, C#, Core Java - both front end and back end (.NET 4 and above, C#, MVC, Visual Studio IDE)
• Strong understanding of developing applications using RESTful Web services
• Deep understanding of Object Oriented patterns and principles.
• Experience in Database design and integration with MS SQL Server. Good SQL/data modeling skills
• Experience working on AD integration, IAM, Single Sign-on (SSO) implementation projects; Messaging and integration framework/systems like RabbitMQ, Rhapsody
• Good understanding of Healthcare quality and regulatory aspects
• Good understanding of latest DevOps practices and the influence of architectural choices on DevOps
• Experience in working in HealthCare domain, good understanding of Clinical workflows, Quality and Regulatory needs, Healthcare interoperability standards like HL7/DICOM is preferred.
