Job Summary
- Training will be provided on portal usage, candidate sourcing, screening, interface with candidates and MIS.
- Good understanding about Technologies and industry is expected from the candidate.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sessions will be given on Boolean search using Naukri and other Job portals.
- The candidate should have completed Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
- Candidates would be participating in group discussion, presentations and will have to make independent presentations towards end of the internship.
- Performance will be reviewed after three months of the internship period and accordingly, full time role will be granted.
