Role
Lead technical competency for Media News Publishing industry as primary role. However, this is not limited to media publishing industry and should be able to adapt and take-up challenges on other areas around Media and Publishing. Shall be primarily handling frontend development (70%) and in addition to that middleware and applications involving full stack development (30%).
The key areas of focus will include:
Technical interface for India, Middle east and international clients.
Develop and demonstrate a mastery in elements of full stack engineering capability, from the code to the platform
Have experience with our core technologies, React JS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB databases, and AWS.
Have worked with and/or built complex stacks designed and built for quality, speed and scalability
Have experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
You will work with stakeholders, product, CX/UX/UI experts, designers, architects, analysts, data experts, content and metadata specialists, developers, digital marketers, and others in the team to bring to digital products
Learn, teach, and improve everything we do together as a team.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Should have experience in Media News Publishing platforms for at least one assignment.
Willingness to travel within India and International locations.
Full Stack development experience (NodeJS, AWS and similar cloud
platforms)

HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.

Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance. Understand the full web technology stack, e.g., HTML, CSS, HTTP, cookies, headers, asset loading / caching.
Have a deep understanding of frontend application structure and architecture
Have great customer empathy and appreciate the User s experience
Experience with unit testing, using test frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Enzyme etc.
Experience in Web Development end-to-end, from design to release.

A background in building JavaScript UI applications, with a strong understanding of UI frameworks and paradigms available including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP)
