Job Description:

Principal responsibilities :

• Responsible for the delivery of projects with low complexity and low risk, the delivery of the standard project plan with minimal supervision, and coordinating standard project plans, delivering against the standard statement of work(SOW)
• Performs services based on multiple levels 1 service of different practices
• Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management, and sales by published procedures
• Ensures system-based project closure
• Controls financial compliance
• Provide input for the weekly revenue forecast
• Drives customer satisfaction to achieve Total Customer Experience(TCE)
• Makes management aware of potential issues or customer escalations
• Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement
• Ensures transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer
• Understands how Dell Solution and Dell Services business can provide additional benefit to the customer
• Provide performance feedback to management
• Effectively coordinates cross-function project teams
• Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technologies
• Complete quarterly accreditations
