Job Summary

AI-ML Technical Lead JD

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Frameworks engineer to develop deep learning network models and applications in TensorFlow and pyTorch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development teams and software development projects to deliver high quality software on time with expected scope and budget.
  • Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to define technical options and translate business requirements into technical design and execution plans
  • Deliver an exceptional customer and user experience by engaging with UX team.
  • Help to define a vision and technical roadmap for the team with product leadership
  • Take responsibility for architecture, test automation, and quality
  • Design and execute a robust test automation strategy
  • Own the team s software development lifecycle optimize it, tackle inefficiency and reduce waste
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection of new team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Promote Collaboration and Engagement
  • Code Reviews. Ship Quality Code Fast
  • Create technical POCs & solution demos

Technical Skills (Must Have)

7+ years of AI-ML experience with good exposure to agile software development methodology.

SNo Skill Area Years of experience Level of Expertise 1 Must have worked on at-least two big-data projects and/or data-driven decision making projects involving data engineering, analytics and data science 5+ 2 Expertise in the tools and techniques involving data preparation, movement and analysis of data including visualization, machine learning and NLP 3 Strong development experience in programming language Python (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib) and Machine Learning libraries (CARET, Scikit-Learn) 5+ Advanced 4 Deep Learning Frameworks (Tensor Flow/ PyTorch) 2+ Intermediate 5 Statistical modelling, ML Techniques and concepts 5+ Advanced 6 Model Deployment and Maintenance 2+ Intermediate 7 SQL 3+ Advanced
