Job Summary

Responsibilities

A natural technical leader who can motivate people with technical expertise and knowledge; Is
looked up to by technical people very quickly.
Can write and speak very well in English and can communicate technical architecture, plans strongly.
Must be hands on and willing to get into new capability areas. So a strong technical background in
.Net, DB, BI and Analytics, ML, Salesforce cloud, Azure, AWS, Containers, etc. For e.g. should be able
to investigate and come up with a reskilling plan for technical resources quickly.
Strong experience / Knowledge in a variety of CRM, CMS,E-commerce, AL/ML platforms. ( Eg :
Salesforce,MS Dynamics, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Magento, Drupal, etc.., )
Has created multiple centers of excellence by appointing Sr. Leads and Architects appropriately
Made deep technical presentations while making technical concepts simple to customers and
colleagues
Worked with a wide variety of customers cross industry. Able to quickly grasp customer needs.
Understands how business analysis, PM and Agile works and must have implemented this.
Managed strong technical people with a variety of skills.

SKILLS

  • Should understand what a customer needs by engaging with customers in detailed business Q&A.
  • Should have been a Development Tech lead managing over 10 people prior to becoming a Sr. Architect.
  • Should be able to think strategically and help with business justification plans.
  • Should be able to Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future business needs.
  • Should identify opportunities for innovation and overcome technical challenges.
  • Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.
  • Manage the innovation process, researching new breakthrough ideas to support the strategic direction.
  • Should have experience in working with the senior management team to design business strategies.
  • Should have knowledge or experience in latest technological developments.
  • Should have expertise in developing & leading various COEs
  • Should have at least 15 years of experience with a track record of driving large-scale technical projects within high performing technology companies.
  • Should have the ability to understand and capture business requirements with good client interaction capability.
  • Should have hands on experience in leading technical and solutions teams.
  • Should have excellent verbal and communication skills.
