To augment our Salesforce.com consulting practice, Suyati is currently seeking to hire a Salesforce Technical Lead to support our projects. The Technical Lead must be responsible to guide and steer the application development team on project implementation & testing based on the technical requirements and architectural design guidelines provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development teams and software development projects to deliver high quality software on time with expected scope and budget.
  • Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to define technical options and translate business requirements into technical design and execution plans
  • Deliver an exceptional customer and user experience by engaging with team.
  • Help to define a vision and technical roadmap for the team with product leadership
  • Take responsibility for architecture, test automation, and quality.
  • Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues.
  • Create technical POCs & solution demos
  • Contribute in scoping, estimating and proposing of technical solutions
  • Demonstrate project development mastery with the expertise on Salesforce CRM & Force.com platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (out of the box features, customization patterns).
  • Use the knowledge of Salesforce products to refine the solution strategy.
  • Mentoring the Application Development Team with the knowledge on latest Salesforce features & releases.

Technical Skills (Must Have)

7+ years Salesforce.com/Force.com development experience with good exposure to SDLC processes
