About the Role:

We are looking for a talented SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and possess strong skills in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to drive the company s online presence and digital strategies. This role involves planning, implementing, and managing the overall SEO strategy, content planning, link building, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote the company s products and services.
• Website Management:
  • Manage and optimize the organization s website for SEO, ensuring it is user-friendly, efficient, and updated with relevant content.
• Content Optimization:
  • Optimize website content, social media platforms, and other digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc., to enhance engagement and improve search engine rankings.
• Traffic Analysis:
  • Track website traffic flow and provide regular reports to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Content Creation & Editing:
  • Edit and post content such as blogs, articles, videos, podcasts, and audio content on websites and other online platforms. Create and manage SEO-friendly titles, headings, and subheadings.
• Error Fixing:
  • Identify and fix any errors in online content and work on improving user experience through content and website updates.
• SEO Optimization:
  • Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve website ranking. Perform keyword research and analysis to optimize web pages and blog posts.
• Social Media Marketing:
  • Promote the company s products and services via social media marketing, improving KPIs such as likes, shares, and tweets. Execute social media campaigns and engage with followers.
• SMS and Email Campaigns:
  • Create and execute SMS and email-based marketing campaigns to reach the target audience effectively.
• Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and Google s algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
• CMS Knowledge:
  • Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Blogger, and basic coding (CSS, HTML) to manage the content of the website and optimize it for SEO.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10+2 or equivalent
  • Graduation in IT or related field
  • Post-graduation in IT or a relevant field is a plus
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Blogger)
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and execution
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SEO (both on-page and off-page), including content optimization, keyword research, and backlink building
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for content and website optimization
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Other Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze traffic and adjust strategies for improvement
