We are looking for a Senior Web and Graphics Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and leading teams while working on web and graphics projects, from conceptualization to execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design & Development:
  • Design and create graphics, banners, landing pages, websites, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. Ensure designs are optimized for usability, aesthetics, and mobile responsiveness.
• Creative Execution:
  • Produce high-quality and original designs, including PSD to responsive HTML slicing, with a focus on user experience. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• UI/UX Design:
  • Create intuitive user interfaces and layouts that prioritize ease of use, ensuring the best user experience possible. Perform usability tests and ensure cross-browser compatibility for all web applications.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and design direction. Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• CMS Management:
  • Use enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) to edit and create pages, and assist partner departments with content management tasks.
• Analytics Integration:
  • Implement cookie codes for analytics and dynamic content, and participate in A/B and multivariate testing using tools like Test and Target.
• Design Recommendations:
  • Provide expert advice on design trends and innovations, offering suggestions to improve website performance and user experience.
• Collaboration with Developers:
  • Work closely with web developers to apply style and interface design to web applications, ensuring seamless integration of design elements with backend systems.

Required Skills:

• Web Design Expertise:
  • Expert-level experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. Ability to create responsive web designs with a mobile-first approach.
• Graphic Design Proficiency:
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating stunning graphics, banners, and digital assets. Experience with Flash is a plus.
• UI/UX Focus:
  • Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles, ensuring usability, intuitive layouts, and smooth user interaction.
• CMS Experience:
  • Proficiency in working with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage, create, and edit web content.
• Creative Leadership:
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze design solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and goals. Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 4-5 years of relevant design experience in web and graphic design, including 1-2 years of team leadership experience.
