Job Summary
  • Act as single point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.
  • Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements, be proactive in order to minimize service crises.
  • Research on rates and routes to get competitive rates.
  • Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time.
  • Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents.
  • Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation department and follow-up on shipments generated.
Experience Required :

1 to 4 Year
