  • Proactively resolve vendor-related issues.

  • Task Success Rate: High completion rate in the Taxi category.
  • Repeat Rate: Increase in repeat bookings within the Taxi category.
  • Escalation/Complaint Rate: Ensure the rate remains below the defined threshold.
