Role: Sales Manager I

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Develop account strategies to overcome challenges and maximize account growth as per targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face business reviews with clients, discussing performance and presenting new opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales data, account performance, and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Drive business growth for new partners by improving basic metrics and performance.
  • Deliver incremental revenue through monetization and commercial improvements.
  • Increase market share and counter share through strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring high satisfaction scores (NPS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and address concerns.
  • Generate leads, approach potential clients, and secure new partnerships.
