Job Summary

Technical Support Engineer 2 Nos ( 0 to 1 Yrs. Exp)

What are we looking for:

1. Graduate / Diploma holder or having equivalent experience

2. Good communication skills

3. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

4. Basic Computer Hardware and Networking knowledge.

5. Good knowledge of Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 10.

6. Basic knowledge of CentOS, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu

7. Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012R2 / 2016 / 2019.

8. Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, WSUS, Active Directory.

9. Basic knowledge of AWS with good understating of web infrastructure (IIS, Apache).

10. Ready to work in 24*7 Environment.

Job Description:

1. Install, configure and manage computer systems and applications.

2. Provision, configure and manage servers with different platforms

3. Manage security and maintain high availability of web servers.

4. Effectively communicate with other teams and clients.

5. Support internal teams for technical and security related issues

6. Manage, maintain mobile devices and telephonic system.

7. Document new procedures and keep existing documentation up to date.

8. Help design, manage and maintain office infrastructure.
