- Bidding through online channels. Strategize for effective bid management on bid / no-bid decisions for clients all across the globe..
- Responding to RFPs & RFQs. Documenting the proposal & project brief.
- Client communication for gathering scope of work & budget negotiation.
- Preparing milestone-based proposals, demos & presentations, and communicating with C-level clients through Skype or face-to-face meetings.
- Take decisions to accept projects based on organizational capabilities.
- Client servicing for post-launch support to resolve bugs & technical issues. Pitching for repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between the client s requirements & the in-house technical team.
- Social media conceptualizing and post-management.
