Job Summary
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified with ITIL or should have worked with IT-based Operations Products
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in product management, preferably who has worked in technology domains like Infrastructure Automation Solutions or data integration between applications through APIs.Having hands-on experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and concepts related to the Infrastructure Automation and Application Integration domain and apply them in various contexts rapidly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and a willingness to adapt and evolve with project needs.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to share insights and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
