Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in microservices architecture, cloud integration, and emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI. This role requires a proactive technical leader who can drive innovation, mentor teams, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business strategies.
- Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to drive innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep solutions future-ready.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Java, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of blockchain, IoT, AI/ML, or other emerging tech.
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle, architecture, and design patterns.
- Proven ability to lead and guide teams through complex technical challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java development and leading tech initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in implementing projects using emerging technologies.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project development using Java and relevant tech stacks.
- Provide technical direction and support to team members.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Recommend technology solutions to optimize business processes.
- Monitor industry advancements and assess relevance to ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in emerging technologies or cloud platforms are a plus.
