Job Description:

As a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audiences

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a video editor
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages ( Premier Pro, After Affects, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Min 2 years of Video Editing Experience
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Plus points for experience in Character animation experience, Video Production experience & Photography/Videography experience
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
