Role : Design Engineer
Qualification : BE / B.Tech ( Engineering ) (Electrical)
Experience : 4 to 6 Years in Similar Field
Knowledge
Knowledge in designing Electrical distribution.
Knowledge on designing Internal lighting systems, power systems, ups systems etc.
Knowledge on earthing systems, lightning protection systems.
Preparation of technical specification of electrical Equipments.
Preparation of Lighting, Earthing, Power & Cable Tray Layouts
Preparation of Substation Equipment Layout
Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, wiring & schematic diagrams
Preparation of standard installation sketches
Material Take Off (MTO) preparation
Inter-discipline Coordination
Basic knowledge on control wirings and schematics.
Knowledge on Electrical short circuit, voltage drop, lighting and other electrical calculations etc
Knowledge on Electrical Systems as per IS, NBC, BEE, IEC Etc
Perform the tasks of developing, preparing and maintaining the budgets and schedules of projects.
Working experience on Hospitals, Education Building, Retail, Infra structure, High raised mixed commercial.
Have basic knowledge on HVAC , Plumbing and Firefighting services.
Responsibilities
Responsible for generating charts, graphs, and perspective drawings to meet project specifications
preparing specifications, BOQs, Tender Documents & cost estimates of the project for the above mentioned services
Responsible for generating work plan as well as providing work instructions to the assigned team
Coordinate with staff to meet the budget and design schedules of the project
Should have good knowledge of costing and estimation along with Budget.
Should be able to prepare rate analysis as per DSR and other related norms.
Getting Quotes and Prepare Comparative Statements.
