Position: IT support engineer

Qualifications : Engineers are required to have a bachelor s degree in computer

sciences or engineering or its equivalent

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Salary: 20000 to 30000

Office timing: 10:00 to 07:00 (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Gender: Male

Job Details:

Collaborate with fellow system administrators, engineers, and support team members by leadingprojects and creating/teaching technical coursework to junior team members

Provide Fanatical Support in all interactions

Install, configure, update and troubleshoot products and services for customers, such as RedHatLinux OS level concerns, web server, database server, applications server and mail; includes

Nginx, Apache, PHP, RHCS clustering, MySQL, FTP, SSH and DNS

Supports, configures, and automates the deployment of Linux/Windows infrastructure through

Existing Kick-start/Cobbler/Engine infrastructure

Establishes and recommends policies on system

Maintenance, use, performance, services and automation

Troubleshoots internal and external applications, hardware problems and operating system issues
