Required Skills and Qualifications:

Engineering Degree/ Graduate in

Technology Stream

Vendor Certifications from Okta are mandatory

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization; experience working effectively with virtual teams

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation

Self-starter spirit - willing to stretch beyond core competencies and drive overall company growth

Roles and Responsibilities:

3 - 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

2+ years of experience in Java/ JavaScript/PHP

Hands-on Development experience and structured approach to problem-solving

Expert-level understanding of various Authentication, Authorization & SSO standards, mechanisms, and approaches

Strong experience in IAM integration with various enterprise capabilities

Extensive experience in Okta

Understanding of Cloud IDAAS solutions, including some of the following; Okta, AzureAD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS

Experience managing Cloud identities and implementing secure SSO strategies

Experience with Information Security frameworks and standards, such as NIST

&OWASP

Able to work on multiple parallel projects with a focus on the right priorities without hand-holding

Developing IAM requirements, establishing IAM architectural designs across business, process, and technical

Involvement in projects - as needed / as determined by the scope of the project.

Understanding of various cloud and SaaS ser

vices and their integration with IAM systems

Manages and monitors systems associated with I

AM solutions; provides incident and problem management support.

Assesses the current environment and makes continuous improvements to align with future state architecture.

Proactively works with technology and product managers t o identify potential issues and ensures effective remediation

Advise senior management on I AM-related risks and security posture.

Overall understanding of architecture, planning, and delivery of enterprise-level IAM program. (Identity, access, privileged access, SSO federation, cloud)
