Job Purpose:

This role involves in the analysis of Drug Substance/ Drug Product.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Responsible for Stability - Formulation and Drug substance team activities.
  • Overall responsible for the analytical team activities of Stability and Analytical Development Department.
  • Interaction with QA, Production, RND, regulatory and other departments for the smooth functioning of Stability lab.
  • Initiation and Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Interaction with EHS department for lab /personnel safety.
  • Interaction with Stability personnel for technical troubleshooting in Stability and Analytical Development Department.
  • Training of personnel in Stability department.
  • Evaluation of Good manufacturing practice, Good laboratory practices, Good documentation practices and Good clinical practices.
  • Interaction with client and Project team for the smooth functioning of project related activities.
  • Recruitment of personnel to Stability and Analytical Development Department.
  • To ensure overall activities performed in the laboratory should compiles with the written procedures and aspects of data integrity as per Data Integrity policy.
  • Responsible for taking any other job allocated by Head of the Department.
  • Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices.
  • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
  • Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc., M. Pharm, B.Sc.

Technical/functional Skills:

  • Should have Quality Control background.
  • Should have knowledge on Analytical Techniques.

Experience:14 - 16 Years

  • Strong commitment towards work, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team.
  • Good speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter.
