Job Purpose:

This role involves in preparing the Corporate policies, Quality Manuals, procedures and monitoring them for compliance with current regulatory guidelines / Customer requirements.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing Corporate policies, Quality manuals, procedures and monitoring them for compliance with current regulatory guidelines / customer requirements.
  • Responsible for supporting SAP activates related to Corporate quality assurance.
  • Responsible for reviewing the current procedures and identifying the scope for simplification.
  • Responsible for initiating and reviewing all Quality events like change controls / deviations/CAPA related to corporate quality procedures, systems and closing the same in timely manner.
  • Responsible for conducting training on new / revised procedure for effective implementation.
  • Management of training activities as training coordinator.
  • Responsible for Scheduling and conducting of quality Huddle meetings as per quality governance plan.
  • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
  • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company.

Educational Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm / M.Sc.

Technical/functional Skills:

Good Technical writing skills, Communication skills and Presentation skills are must.

Experience: 04-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Behavioral Skills:

Must demonstrate commitment & dedication towards the work assigned and willing to take new challenges from management based on need.
