Job Purpose:

To play a key role in TM-TR, develop an early-stage research strategy, initiate and lead discovery programs while managing ongoing programs in TM-TR. The role will work part of TMTR, and work with internal and external collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in assay development, data analysis and data interpretation is must
  • Experience in cell culture and cell-based assays
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge in biochemistry and immunology
  • Experience in primary cell isolation, culture and assays
  • Experience in Alpha LISA, MSD, FRET, luminescence-based assays
  • Experience in explant cultures, 3D cultures and co-cultures
  • Experience in multicolor flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assays a plus
  • Candidates will also participate in common lab activities such as maintaining inventory, taking care of lab equipment/instruments. Candidates needs to work closely with other colleagues and maintain a highly professional and collaborative environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • M.Sc or B. Tech / M. Tech in Lifesciences

    • Cell based Assay, In vitro Assay Development

    Experience:

    • 9 to 14 Years

    Behavioral Skills:

    • A proactive team player.
    • Ensure completion of experiments and generate accurate and reproducible data from experiments.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously with comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
    • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-disciplinary team

    Safety Compliance:

    • Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices- Technical.
    • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety Responsibilities.
    • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company Responsibilities.
