Key Responsibilities:
To assist in developing an organization-wide governance framework for senior management as well as those at the operational level.
Scheduling and convening the meetings of internal committees, preparing minutes, following up on the action points.
Ensuring compliances relating to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), listing regulations, stock exchanges, quarterly compliances and the regulatory filings to SEBI.
Ensuring compliance under The Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliances and others.
Interaction with various internal departments, statutory and internal auditors
Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) with demonstrated academic achievement
Qualified Company Secretary
Technical/functional Skills:
Good drafting skills
Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software
Deep understanding of Company Law and other relevant regulations
Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices
Experience:
Excellent performance record with 1 to 4 years of experience in Company Secretarial role
Behavioral Skills:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
Knowledge and application of subject
Able to learn new skills and master changing responsibilities quickly
