Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Provide business process consultancy to Production and Supply functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and driving standardization across the function. Is a Design Authority, ensuring the implementation of policies and processes that are fit for purpose and meet business strategy. Drive and lead change management across functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving operational excellence. Manage and deliver multiple projects, including GPD, Alliance+, MES, Digital Transformation, EoDB, etc. Collaborate effectively with global and regional SAP and business teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices. Drive digital and data initiatives, ensuring effective use of data to drive business value and enable operational excellence. Act as a change agent, driving and leading change management initiatives across the organization. Provide guidance and support to business users, ensuring effective adoption and use of processes and technologies. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring the optimization of business processes and the delivery of operational efficiencies. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, ensuring effective use of data and analytics to drive business value. Develop and implement digital initiatives, ensuring the adoption of digital technologies to enable operational excellence and drive business value. Develop and implement data governance and management frameworks, ensuring effective management of data and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to business users on the use of digital technologies, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies. Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring effective adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies. Identify and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to support business process improvement, digital transformation, and data analytics. Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control. Monitor and report project progress and outcomes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development. Work with functional leaders to evaluate value realization of change initiatives. Work with a sense of urgency and understand overall impact to business, channel and customer for activities being done within P&S Manage direct and indirect team members including but not limited to interns, external contractors and project team Requirements: 10+ years of experience in business process consulting, project management, and change management Proven track record of delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives, digital and data initiatives, and driving operational excellence Strong knowledge of SAP and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional SAP and business teams Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to act as a change agent, driving and leading change management initiatives across the organization Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive business value and enable operational excellence Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction. Ability to coach, mentor direct and indirect team members for effective growth Experience in data analysis, data governance, and data management frameworks Experience in digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of digital technologies and the development of digital strategies Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in business processes, digital technologies, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies Experience in developing and delivering training programs on new processes, technologies, and methodologies.
