Responsibilities Single Page Application design and development Advocate for the customer and ensure their experience is exceptional Translate design artifacts into components, layouts, and applications using responsive/adaptive HTML, CSS, and React.js Ensure stakeholders understand the feasibility of their design decisions Ensure compliance with accessibility standards Test and validate the technical correctness of implementations Mentor peers on best practices Requirements Growth mindset Fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, and React.js In-depth knowledge of Interaction or User Interface Design, User Experience, Usability In-depth knowledge of Responsive/Adaptive design, Progressive Enhancement, Mobile Experience, and HTML for Email Visual Design, Design Systems, UI Toolkits and component libraries, JS/CSS Animation, Charts/Graphs In-depth knowledge of browsers, web APIs, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) Single Page Application design and development using React, React Native and GraphQL (Apollo/Hasura) Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
