Business Analyst
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to serve as the vital link between our clients business goals and our software development teams. In this role, you ll help shape effective technology solutions by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements ensuring every project delivers real value.
What You ll Do:
- Partner with clients to gather and define detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for optimization and innovation.
- Translate business objectives into functional specs and user stories for development teams.
- Create wireframes, use cases, workflows, and other visual assets to clarify requirements.
- Produce key project documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), solution overviews, and test cases.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure software solutions are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Support project management by tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison among business stakeholders, developers, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct data analysis and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test plans, defining success criteria, and guiding end users through the process.
- Provide post-launch support and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or technology-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and modern project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills able to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing user stories, building wireframes, and drafting functional specs.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
