Job Summary

Job Description

1. Human Resource Management

- Overall responsibility of complete life cycle of employees

- Finalizing category of employees to be recruited along with recruiting Manager

- Organizational Development initiatives

- Leadership Development initiatives

2. Performance Management

- Adoption of performance management system from Central HR

- Execution of performance system i.e. ASR, Performance Improvement Plan

- Guidance to Plant Management team on PMS

- Steering Learning Management

3. Succession Planning

- Execution of succession planning process at location

- Follow of the measures planned under succession planning

- Guidance to Plant Management team on succession planning

4. HR policies and agreements

- Formulation of new HR Policies

- Updation of existing policies

- Initiation and execution of various agreements

5. Insurance

- Formulation of employee insurance concept

- Discussions with insurance companies along with company brokers

- Close interaction with insurance companies on deliverables

6. Management of Trusts

- Work as the Trustee of Gratuity Trust & Superannuation Trust

- Close interaction with service provider

- Conduct Trust meetings in periodic basis and maintain MoM

7. Liasioning

- Liasioning with Government agencies

- Liasioning with statutory bodies

- Liasioning with Industry association
