Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for our high-value clients and prospects in the IT services and consulting space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing within the technology sector and will be able to seamlessly align marketing efforts with sales objectives. This role will require close collaboration with the sales, product, and leadership teams to create personalized campaigns that resonate with decision-makers within key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

ABM Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy that aligns with the company s growth goals, focusing on high-potential accounts within the IT services and consulting sectors.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify target accounts and design tailored marketing strategies to engage these accounts.
  • Create detailed account plans and customer journey maps to foster engagement and conversion.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Design and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns, including content marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and personalized outreach, all tailored to the needs of target accounts.
  • Develop account-specific content that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities faced by clients in the IT services and consulting space.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints by coordinating with internal teams.

Sales Alignment & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure ABM strategies align with sales objectives, providing actionable insights to enhance account penetration.
  • Participate in account planning sessions and offer marketing support to sales teams to optimize account engagement.
  • Regularly update sales and leadership teams on ABM campaign performance and key insights.

Data & Analytics:

  • Use data and analytics to identify target accounts, track engagement, and measure ABM campaign success.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to inform campaign development and personalization.

Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously optimize ABM strategies based on campaign performance, sales feedback, and market trends.
  • Experiment with new tools and tactics to improve ABM effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in ABM and B2B marketing, particularly within the IT services sector.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage the ABM budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support ABM initiatives when necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM within the IT services and consulting industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing ABM strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices, specifically within the IT services and consulting sectors.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing approaches for the IT services industry.

Certifications:

  • ABM certification or relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
