Management Trainee Operations Job in Systematic Group

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing plan and strategy for increasing Sales
• Collecting data through multiple sources such as online and field visits
• Manage digital marketing through agencies
• Lead generation through identifying and meeting potential customers
• Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Work in cross department and functional projects

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Profile:

• Expertise in oral & written English communication skills.
• Good academics, MBA, BMS/BE from reputed college preferred
• Good presentation skills
• Min 2 years and Max 4 years of work ex
• Willing to travel extensively to factory
• Candidates okay with signing a 2 years bond should only apply
