Job Description Associate - Investment Banking
Building financial modelling, pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc.
Liasoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals in conjunction with the clients
Build financial models, develop research material and prepare pitch books
Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams
Provide transaction support to the clients throughout the deal lifecycle, with strong know how of due diligence activities
Financial, Taxation and Legal.
