Job description
An experienced Accounts & Finance executive who can take charge of our company&end-to-end
accounting and finance by administering accounting. The ideal candidate should be able to
demonstrate an interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, audits,
invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Should have excellent organizational skills and be
able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Responsibilities
Bank Related work like RTGS / NEFT, Fund Transfer
Day to Day Accounting Entries in ERP Receivable and Payable Management
Basic Knowledge of GST & TDS
Basic Knowledge of PF Challan Payment
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Check & process invoices and PO for accuracy
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Entering bills-reconciling vendors and customers accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits and ensure full alignment with external auditor
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Finance executive or similar role with good communication skills
Sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Experience using financial software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
