Job Summary

This position requires the ability to gain the confidence and trust of others by demonstrating professionalism and expertise in an ever-changing environment.


As a trainer at T2S you will need to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will enhance productivity.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Identify training needs and create customised training programs and inventions around them.


  • Content creation (ILT modules, e-learning modules, collaterals, learner guide and facilitator guides)


  • Deliver our blended learning (instructor led training and eLearning) classes and programs for new hires, new skills (cross-training), continuing education, and refreshers as necessary for our customer service associates.


  • Communicate with appropriate business owners, other trainers, site managers, and management to ensure that all training is conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities.


  • Responsible to escalate possible new hire attrition and flag poor performance, misfit skills or behavioural issues in training promptly.


  • Review standard process documents Manage the logistics of learning and create an effective learning environment by owning end to end training operations including but not limited to collecting nominations, scheduling, training logistics, maintaining attendance and hand over reports along with reports on testing results.


  • Ensuring all training KPIs and SLAs are met.


  • Conducting monthly process knowledge test for respective processes.


  • Conduct floor huddles, refresher trainings, coaching, up-skilling and cross skill and adhoc trainings

New hire induction, orientation and training.


  • Rolling out monthly assessments and MSVs


  • Change Management


  • Contribute towards process improvements within the organisation.


  • Responsible for mitigating and eliminating gaps in training occurring due to issues or concerns with communication skills and language skills.


  • Responsible for continuous self-development by keeping themselves abreast with current industry training practices.


  • Monitor employee performance and measure ROI


  • Monthly calibrations with operations and quality assurance.


  • Conduct monthly connect with stakeholders to discuss the training progress, key activities and new interventions.



Requirements

  • Excellent English language Communication skills


  • Excellent Facilitation and Presentation skills


  • Excellent interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members


  • Stakeholders across different operations sites globally


  • 1-3 years of expertise in facilitating, planning, implementing and assessing blended learning Process


  • Training experience of 2 + years is mandatory.


  • Knowledge on eLearning tools like Captivate, Articulate and-or SAP EnableNow


  • Training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs (ADDIE, Instructional Design, Blooms taxonomy)


  • Experience in managing LMS Experience working with GSuite


  • Abilities Needs to have a passion for learning -training


  • Attention to detail and thoroughness


  • Creative Ability to work under pressure


  • Self motivated


  • Dealing with complexity-ambiguity
