Requirements

• Located in Mumbai and familiar with local travel destinations.

• Proficient in Amadeus and Sabre GDS (Global Distribution Systems).

• Demonstrated experience in the travel industry with a minimum of 2 years.

• In-depth knowledge of various travel products, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

• Comfortable taking calls and assisting clients with travel-related queries.

• Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with travel regulations, visa processes, and other relevant industry information.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

• Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services using Amadeus and Sabre.

• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences and requirements.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about changes in travel regulations, visa requirements, and other relevant information.
