Requirements

Located in Mumbai and familiar with local travel destinations.

Proficient in Amadeus and Sabre GDS (Global Distribution Systems).

Demonstrated experience in the travel industry with a minimum of 2 years.

In-depth knowledge of various travel products, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.

Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Comfortable taking calls and assisting clients with travel-related queries.

Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with travel regulations, visa processes, and other relevant industry information.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services using Amadeus and Sabre.

Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences and requirements.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about changes in travel regulations, visa requirements, and other relevant information.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient travel operations.

Keep updated on new travel products and services in the market.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
