Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end analytics projects including business requirement analysis, define scope, solution design, technology framework, development, testing and delivery.
• Conceptualize approach and solution design for analytical problem solving and use appropriate Analytical Techniques such as Predictive Modeling, Time Series Forecasting,Regression etc. for the solutioning.
• Ensure coordination with technical (offshore/onsite) teams on the technical framework required for solution delivery.
• Responsible for developing power point presentations and client presentations for delivery of analytical solutions, insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with different teams within clients organization.
• Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones.

Desired Education, Experience & Competencies:

BE/ B.Tech/ MCA, 3+ year experience with high proficiency in Python and prior experience of leading and working in at least two Analytics Projects in Python and ability to work with Hadoop and SQL databases.
Expert in Python, with Django Web Framework
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
Proficient with MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS core services like EC2, ElasticBeanStalk
Good hands-on experience of building RESTful APIs
Working Knowledge for Celery, Redis, SQS
Proficient understanding of GitHub, JIRA
Strong communication skills.
Experience on Ruby on Rails would be added advantage
Ability to structure the right analytical solutions with excellent problem solving skills.
Database: MySQL/Postgres/ NoSQL /MongoDB
In depth understanding of data modeling techniques and statistical modeling.
Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and project co-ordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new concepts/technologies
Good collaboration and communication skills
Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability
