Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • ORGANISATION:

A well established educational institution
  • ROLE

  • Head the inbound call center for the education
  • Lead a team of about 30 in ensuring top class service delivery to students and parents
  • Clarify questions from Students / Parents on education, course details, fee structure etc
  • Resolve complaints, if any, as per the SLA
  • Continuously improve on the quality of service, measure performance, report to the senior management on a daily basis.

    • CANDIDATE

  • 10-12 years of call center, currently handling the role of Manager
  • Domestic call center experience preferred
  • Should be able to handle the call center responsibilities independently
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Graduate

    • SALARY : 10 - 12 LPA

    • LOCATION: Bangalore
