Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for setting up digital retail operations and their profitability.
Independently head the sales, strategy&distribution of digital retail insurance
Prepare plan including strategy, resource requirement, infrastructure, and budget forecast
Responsible for integrating all digital activities/relationships into a single platform and ensuring the same is properly managed, serviced, and made profitable
Identify potential customers and partner with them to understand their needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to the management


Desired Candidate Profile

Work with the insurance companies for product selection, rates, and SLA
Responsible for the successful rollout of the product to the client
Work collaboratively across teams- operations, after-sales support & IT
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training operation staff and sales representatives
Build strong customer relationships



Experience Required :

4 to 9 Years
