Job Summary
Ensure first class service experience for existing students
Be part of the Sales team and liaison with local centers for sales and services
Be able to coordinate with various departments internally to get all issues resolved and also be able work with sales team to drive registration and re-registrations
Aggressively Pursue targets set for the year
Be able to soak and manage Pressure
Reports to RM/AM/TM of locations
Will work / liaison with various departments within NGASCE to provide services to students
This position will require local travel 35% of the time
Should have strong local connect in the Geography they operate in
Be extremely service oriented and drive internal teams to provide first class experience to students

Good written and verbal communication & analytical skills

Knowledge of Local language
Knowledge of computers/office software for communication and report preparation
Salary : 4,00,000 - 7,00,000

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all Service Requests and Challenges at local centersEnsure first class service experience for existing students
Be part of the Sales team and liaison with local centers for sales and services
Be able to coordinate with various departments internally to get all issues resolved and also be able work with sales team to drive registration and re-registrations

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5+ years in successful sales and services preferably with Telecom, Financial Services and/or Education IndustryShould have strong local connect in the Geography they operate in
Be extremely service oriented and drive internal teams to provide first class experience to students
