Responsibilities Creation and revision of Product Documentation for our client products in scope using MS-word and Confluence. Maintaining the highest quality of internal and external documents as per the Company s standards. Preparing clear and accurate technical documents such as user guides, configuration manuals, operability instructions etc. utilizing working knowledge of STE (Simplified Technical English). Required skills and experience: Ability to fluently speak and write English clearly and idiomatically. At least 3-5 years of professional commercial experience as a technical writer in a software product company, preferably a multi-national. Experience working on a SaaS based product is a plus. Experience creating clear, grammatically correct and concise product documentation: product descriptions, user guides, configuration manuals, operability instructions etc.. Familiarity with appropriate standards and writing style. Experience, willingness and ability to work with remote international teams across various time zones. Formal education and certification(s) preferred but not mandatory. Understand CSS and HTML.
