Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose & Scope :

To make Fruitful and productive visit to end client and convert the opportunity in to order, and to maximize the margins of company also while closing the order, FSI need to communicate properly about the important facts and knowledge about Brand and product to client,

Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities:

Apart from the Funnel KRA attached in the mail body, strictly following the below points

  • Maintaining daily report along with proper database of all the opportunity apart from funnel.
  • Following instruction and daily task given by FM,
  • Updating report and sharing hurdles and outcome of the visits.
  • Sharing competitor s details and our position in the market.
  • Try at level best to negotiate and close the big deals
  • Daily follow up to existing clients and to maximize the reach to untapped areas.
  • Qualification: Indicate necessary qualification

    Essential : Degree in Engineering in Electronics

    Desirable : MBA Marketing & Systems

    Age: Max 32 years

    Experience: Indicate necessary experience required to perform the job responsibilities effectively. Please mention if any specific industry experience, profile experience or work experience required.

    3+ Years of experience in any Illumination industry

    Other Requirements :

    Must be physically fit to travel outstation (at least 10 days in a month)

    Must have excellent public speaking capabilities to address large gathering
