Responsibilities

Timely booking of expenses will provide correct report and MIS

Timely settlement of employee claims settlement.

Vendor ledger reconciliation and confirmation will give correct picture of GL accounts.

Bill checking and booking. Employee claim settlement. Various expenses MIS

Vendor confirmations. Follow-up's with hub accountants for bill booking & GL reconciliation etc.
