Roles and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying /conducting out independent and in-depthAudit compliance reviewsfor Policy Issuance.

Establishing a governance mechanism (weekly/monthly ) with the HOD and CCO and quarterly with COO for all audit items.

Reporting out key outcomes on monthly basis along with preventive and corrective steps on key critical points indicated below but not limited to:

a)Client De-Dupe functionality

b)Adherence to AML regulations

c)Policy Splitting & Replacement Sale.

d)ULIP NAV regulations.

e)Other regulatory guidelines eg Policy decisioning in 15 days, Copy of PF to be provided in 30 days, Exact Requirements getting communicated , CKYC etc

f)Ensuring monthly compliances to IRDAI reporting & COMS

g)Tracking of COMS & ensuring 100 % achievement.

h)Tracking PPHI guidelines for Group operations & Policy Issuance dept.

i)Monitoring all on-boarding journeys on M-Pro/M-App, NEO and Physical journeys

Formulating process of tracking and closing compliance & open IA issues;

Close looping of completed reviews with respective process owners.

Reporting key compliance outages in management committees viz EWG & ORG.

Key competencies/skills required

Good communication skill and team player

Independent delivery of programs

High Process Orientation.

High on Customer Centricity

Good knowledge in Ms-Excel, MS-access & SQL

Graduate & above

Preference will be given to those who have done diploma/graduation in Insurance.

8-10 years experience in operations (Back office) preferably from Insurance or banking industry.
