Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Forecasting

Responsible for strategic inputs to impact customer retention parameters of the organization. Renewal income, persistency and surrender retention.

Identification of key concern areas through data analysis, process walk through involving entire customer life cycle from point of sale to maturity payout.

Implementation of initiatives through effective program management involving cross functional teams.

Enhancing customer revenue through growth in renewal income, improvement in persistency and reduction in surrender.
