Deliver Executive (only Female) Job in Talentco Hr Services Llp

To ensure safe and efficient Deliver Operations at the PGP Plant/Warehouse to meet customer demand for products on time.

Work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents in Distribution. Report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident and investigate them to identify and fix the gaps.

Participate in initiatives to improve Safety culture, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc.

Ensure 100% compliance to all Statutory requirements related to RTO. Ensure all Licenses and Permits are current including Fitness Certificate, Insurance, Driver License, Haz Goods License, PESO documents (for tankers)

Track on-road performance of drivers through remote data monitoring, On road Safety Observations/Audits etc. Conduct Feedback and coaching sessions pre and post trip based on trip safety data.

Prepare and ensure that all Shipping documents such as Invoice, POGP Challan etc. are proper and as per statutory and internal company guidelines.

MIS - Prepare Monthly & Daily reports pertaining to Fleet Operations.

Interact with internal departments, such as Sales & Operations, to achieve the daily delivery targets for Deliver Team.

Meet KPIs for the Fleet such as Deliver Targets, Mileage, Kms running, Payload Utilisation, Detention reduction, Cost Control, Cylinder Tracking etc.

Ensure Pre-trip, Post-trip inspection of vehicles.

Will have to customer site survey s as needed.

Will have to route survey.

Will have to work in two shifts.

Should be able to manage the manpower ( Drivers & Loaders).

Minimum Graduate preferably Post-Graduate with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain / Distribution Management.

Clear understanding of the logistics environment in the country.
